you want to get down to 101 pounds? I am only concerned that thats a bit low? i mean am I wrong or is that 45 kilo? (us aussies work in kilos,lol)
If I am correct you are now at your perfect weight for your height,,, maybe just working out more to tone up would be a good idea if you are concerned..

.but as for loosing more weight I can not tell you not to do so,, but being under weight is very damaging to your health

........... as far as I know for your height 45 kilo (101 pounds) is way to low,,might be setting your goal too high (or too low for that matter)........

is not whats on the outside that counts but whats on the inside!

Is it fashion today that makes us want to be underweight,,, look at some of the celebrities,,, has anyone seen Laura Flynn Boyle recently?,,,she weighs a staggering 45 kilo now ( thats like 100 pound) and she looks like a bag of bones! If thats what it takes for people to say you look great in the latest fashions,,,,,,,,,,,,,, then NO THANK YOU......... I am fine just the way I am. I wanna loose weight for health reasons, feel better

,, but as for vanity and being shallow.... I AM OUT!
