Default Really Gross....

I have decided that now I can stand to see my self naked in a mirror, and the key word there is stand. Even sideways is not so bad. Actually I've come a long way! Lying flat on the bed, OK, I can still deal with it. BUT boy, oh boy.....don't let me turn on my side again! I think all my fat left is in my stomach!

When I turn side ways, it all falls in front of me! Good God, it could be an another persons butt! (Looking sideways, of course.) And to make matters worse, it is very gushy and giggly too. Oh well, I guess I have more work to do!

LOL! I know how you feel. Although the mirror experience has never been a bad as when I decided to do my before pics in a bikini. Man, that picture was NOT worth a thousand words - it got a drop dragging on the floor for days!!

I know what you mean!!
I looked at myself in the mirror after my shower and all that fat on my tummy is so loose & gross! I can literally pick it all up and then I see what it would look like without it. Plus I have yucky stretch marks. When I lay on my side it shifts too YUK!

If it's still like that after I reach my goal I'm getting a tummy tuck!!!

Just remember, we all see ourselves so much worse than the world does. I'm sure you're beautiful.

Atkins and exercise works though... we can all be just a tinge happier.

p.s. Gawdess, I love your spinning disco ball!

Me too!!!!

My stomach and my upper thighs. Usually, when I am reducing in size they firm up but not this time (regardless of the type of exercise). Yes, very *fatty* and yucky). In fact, the proportions seem different this time. I'm just kind of putting up with myself in the mirror until I get to be a slimmer, more perfect me

We're all so funny!!! Not happy when we're fat and not happy when we're skinny!! We're women!

I have the same belly prob - from 3 pregnancies w/ the last one being a c-section. With my muscles cut I have no chance of a nice tummy. Im just hoping it will fold up nicely after I lose the weight I want to!

I can relate here, I have had 4 c-sections and let me tell you, no I changed my mind, I dont want to tell you!!!! That is where most of my fat is, and I hate doing situps, I used to do them alot, before children, but no longer. Gotta get serious though if I want it to go!

Oh WOW! I'm sorry!!! I cant even imagine having two. My C-section child was my smallest too- go figure.

Does anyone know. and maybe some of you here do, does that tummy area significantly go down when i lose or do I have the same fanny pack to thigh ratio I do now? ha ha

Don't you just HATE it when you can relate to something like this!! As I lose more weight, I get more skin and fats (I was once 250 lbs). I am so conscience about this ugly folds that I will try never to sleep sideways facing my hubby - though he has seen it. He jokes about my clothes "holding" me "in".

Oh no! Tell him thats naughty! My hubby went from 305 to 210 -- so he knows all about the loose skin.

I guess I would rather have loose skin that have it filled tight with fat. Now if I only had Carney Wilsons $$ so I could have all the necessary tucks. Girls, I think we should start a web collection to beautify America!! Surely ppl would donate $ for our tummy tucks, wouldnt they? ...just a thought.

I'm just going to get a fanny pack and fold my stomach into the pouch. LOL. *sigh* Well, at least it's "JUST" flab and not fat.

...and yeah, we're women. We'll NEVER stop complaining about our bodies.
