Unhappy I couldn't stop once i started

I spent the day picking strawberries today, as i live on a strawberry farm. I did well and did not eat any of them while i picked out in the blazin sun . At my last meal of the day i blew it! Big Time!! I measured out 1/2 cup berries with some real whipping cream and I couldn't stop. Once i started eating the berries it all went to hell. I ended up eating 1 cup of whipping cream and a huge bowl of berries. I was full but i couldn't stop eating them. It was if i was wasn't in control and i could do nothing to stop myself.

So what now? Will the weight i gain be mostly water or fat? Or a bit of both? I don't know how anyone can eat fruit while on LC. I guess i need to go back to induction tomorrow and no more fruit for me.

I wouldn't fret to much about it. You could have done much, much worse then berries. Probably most if not all weight you'll gain will be water and you'll lose it in a few days again anyway. Just might take you a day or two to get back in ketosis (if this even knocks you out of it)

Just relax.. you had a little cheat.. now just get back on track and keep going like you were before. One little oops isn't going to hurt.

There are far worse things to have pigged out on...

...I wouldn't sweat it. Return to your normal, LC eating again and you'll be fine.
