I have really noticed a change in my energy level. I could hardly walk around the block before, and now I'm practically jogging it. I used to rasp and wheeze when I was walking up the hills at the park, not any longer!
Anyway, some days I can get my heart rate up, some I hover in the 50% zone. Even on those 50% days (like yesterday) I'm getting more benefit than I would be if I'd stayed on the couch.
I tried a few frozen strawberries in my Curves chocolate shake, it was delicious! What do you use to liven up your protein shakes? I love a frozen banana in it, but they aren't on the low-carb plan.
