Mary,you're doing so wonderfully! Proud of you. I'm sureyou're happy not to have the high dose of meds.

My scale has been terrible during TOM. It's ending but I'm still a couple lbs above where I was before TOM. Probably because of a couple cookies I had. Gonna be real good today though. *smile*

YIKES! Down *17* pounds just since the beginning of the month and you call that "slowing down". And here I am still sitting at 293, the weight I reached this year at the end of February.

Kris and Merpig thanks so much for the kind words. I don't know what it is but I hope it keeps going. I personally feel the Prednisone I am taking has affected my metabolism. I am always jittery and anxious. I am always burning up, even drinking 120+ ounces of water daily. My office is like an ice box, at 67 degrees, and sometimes I want it colder!!! Whatever it is, I hope it gets me to my goal soon.

Think I may change things up a bit, I know I am still losing. But always on the lookout for better ways. Gonna add some fiber pills to my diet. The guy in the success forum took 3 a day. and dropped 150lbs in 6 months. Cant hurt to try..

So can you give us a sample of what your daily intake of food and possibly any other nutrition you are consuming to lose the wonderful lbs you are?

I do hope the numbers keep falling for you as they are. Last month I did 19lbs, this month it has slowed down a bit, down 10 for the month so far.

Smile Monday weigh in

Slow weekend, but I am usually slower on weekends. I would be glad to share information, hope it helps.

Saturday:
slept late no breakfast
Pizza Hut for lunch
Ate tops of 4 slices no sauce meat lovers with extra cheese and about dozen plain wings
Supper was steak, bout 14oz
snack was peanut butter

Sunday:
usual breakfast of low carb tortilla (4 net carbs) with slice cheese and 4oz ham-lean
lunch was Texas Road House 1/2 chicken and house salad
supper was oven cooked pork ribs

Monday through Fridat I usually following pretty close to this:
BF=low carb tortilla, slice cheese, and 4-5oz ham
Lunch-chicken wings(15pieces plain), tuna fish with mayo and relish, or bbq
Supper-oven cooked chicken pieces, steak, or sausage and eggs
snack-peanut butter and whip cream
I also drink at least 100oz water every day and drink soda only at lunch and in the evening.
9-3: 329

9-21: 311 3lbs for week, I'll take it!!!!
