Monday weigh in
Slow weekend, but I am usually slower on weekends. I would be glad to share information, hope it helps.
Saturday:
slept late no breakfast
Pizza Hut for lunch
Ate tops of 4 slices no sauce meat lovers with extra cheese and about dozen plain wings
Supper was steak, bout 14oz
snack was peanut butter
Sunday:
usual breakfast of low carb tortilla (4 net carbs) with slice cheese and 4oz ham-lean
lunch was Texas Road House 1/2 chicken and house salad
supper was oven cooked pork ribs
Monday through Fridat I usually following pretty close to this:
BF=low carb tortilla, slice cheese, and 4-5oz ham
Lunch-chicken wings(15pieces plain), tuna fish with mayo and relish, or bbq
Supper-oven cooked chicken pieces, steak, or sausage and eggs
snack-peanut butter and whip cream
I also drink at least 100oz water every day and drink soda only at lunch and in the evening.
