Carrot, I'm happy to help. I've been stalled for a few weeks now. I think part of it may be my menstrual problems and the pill I'm on, which I'm still irregular on. But I'm looking for a way to jumpstart my weight loss also.
However, I'm not stressing over it because I have dropped 2 dress sizes and I feel great. And I seem to be still shrinking (my measurements are still going down). Don't let the scale rule you. Check other things. How do you feel?
My boss actually complimented my about-face in attitude. She is very happy with my "suddenly" being able to work with our computer users (I pinch hit on the helpdesk when I'm not working on PC imaging, software install packages and special projects). Before I started this program, I could barely talk with our users without hitting the roof over simple things like forgotten passwords. Now I seem to have the patience of Job, sometimes

I always try to look at the positive: What have I gained (health, mental stability, energy). What I have lost (weight, bad attitude, tiredness, ...) is not something I want to dwell on or get back.
The only problem I saw with flaxmeal was storage/spoilage. If you read the whole thread, you will have seen that you have to be careful that you purchase one that comes in a vacuum pack. After you open it, you have to store it in the refrigerator.
I like the actual seeds because I don't have to worry about storage and I always know it's fresh. And grinding it in a coffee mill is great and easy. And since I don't drink coffee, I don't need my coffee mill to grind coffee
