Just make sure you are eating enough. If you are full, you tend to not have cravings...

Marie, I hope you feel better soon my friend...This week, especially yesterday was VERY hard for me as far as wanting everything went,,,It has been a stressful, emotional week for many reasons and then the poison foods were all around and just yelling my name,,( cakes, pastries, breads, candies, choocolate dipped strawberries etc)...even when i walked in the store last night to buy the staek the VERY first thing inside the door was valentines cakes and cookies...I so much just wanted to give up and the cravings were horrible, although I wasnt hungry at all...I just kept on telling myself I could do it, kept on walking and made it through the night,,,,,but I understand 100000% what your feeling right now, so YOUR NOT ALONE...hope your feeling better today and having a great day..luv all my supporters, could not do this alone!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. and I love perfectfit's idea, going to finally see my husband this weekend after him being out of town for work for the past 2 weeks...so going to take her advice for sure..lol..

Just google GG Bran crispbread and you'll find more info on them. I can't have them too often, I tend to eat too many, but they are good as a treat.

I haven't, but that's a good idea. I'm going to check out our brand new Walmart Supercentre today, so maybe they'll have them there. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hi all. I've been MIA and out of sorts. I have been battling a terrible headache for the last 2 days. I think it's menstrual related, but they seem to be getting worse. Might be perimenopause or early menopause. I'll be 43 in June.

I haven't done any exercise or eaten very healthy and I'm feeling it. Yesterday someone brought a caramel apple pie (from Costco) to work. I had to smell every time I went to pick up some printing. During the beginning of the day it smelled so good, but by the afternoon (when I started feeling really sick), the smell was overwhelming to me.

I took a couple of Nuprin this morning and I'm up and dressed. We're heading out to an RV show and sale to look around and then going to the new Walmart Supercentre. I'm going to check out the groceries and stock up on some LC basics and eat VLC for the next few days.

I have lots of flax in my fridge, so I'm going to start making those 1 minute flax muffins. I used to eat them all the time, but then I forgot about it.

I hope everyone has a good day.

So I fell off the wagon, but I'm back on today. Looking forward to getting back to exercising once this cold is gone... it's now turned into quite a bad cough.
Anyway...
Oh! And I've decided to sign up for dance classes. I've been looking for something active that I actually ENJOY and is social (the gym just doesn't float my boat). I found classes that are for REAL beginners and I'm excited to try them out in March. woo hoo (I can freestyle dance, but picking up steps is harder for me. Last time I went to a "beginner" dance class it was geared towards experienced dancers who'd been trained in other styles. So hopefully this one will be a little more fun Wish me luck!

How are you all doing today??? Hugs
