Weigh In, Cheryl Cook
I am a little discouraged this morning. I have been riding my bike faithfully, every day, doing the interval training as recommended in the new SB book. I seem to have pulled that long muscle on the top of my thigh. I have to rest my leg today, no biking. I am also having some pain in my left hip (I had my right replaced to years ago). That pain scares me, I remember how much my right hip hurt before I had it replaced. I may have overdone it with the bike riding.
I was down to 209 yesterday morning, but the scales say 210 this morning. I did have quite a nice dinner with my family yesterday though, that could be the reason. Has anyone ever had any experience of eating SB, but keeping it within the Weight Watchers point system? I have been trying to do that this last week. I have been losing two lbs a week and I guess that is pretty good. My sons wedding is this coming Sunday and I went to try on dresses and ended up in tears, I am still huge. I have to go again and try to find a dress for the wedding. Wish me luck, Cheryl Cook
