The hardest 5 miles of my life...
Friday AM
3.5 miles on treadmill
1.5 miles on stairclimber
No gym for a week...this is it until next Friday. I'll be away in NYC and I'm sure I won't have time for travel to/from the gym. I packed a resistance band, winsor pilates and taebo. My goal is to do at least 1 tape each day and resistance training 3/times over the 6 days I'm gone.
