Thanks for sharing the info. about Pilates. Great job! I'm going to try that now.

That is a good reminder, that losing weight is a balance of eatting well and exercising. I'm about the same height as you, and I'd love to be at your same weight! That is my goal. Yesterday was the first day I was officially on the diet as I didn't cheat. Today the only "carb" I've had is a whole wheat tortilla, and I think that's alright as long as that's it. Right?

That depends.....are you on induction? If so, whole wheat tortillas are not allowed. Grains are added back into the diet during OWL.

Default Tummy Problem

Hi there my name is Rosemary and I started the Atkins diet over 2 years ago and ended it due to family moaning about diet ( it was on TV saying it was bas for you). Any how I was also left with a large tummy and slim everywhere else and it has bugged me ever since. You are teh first person I have heard with the came problem. I started the diet again week past Sunday and I am doing great. I suppose we willl just have to do sit ups.
