Walked about 3 miles today along the ocean. Big waves, great sounds, and sand beneath my feet. Life is wonderful and I am so blessed.

July 3
Three mile walk...pushed moderately hard.
Feel like I am needing more exercise. Happy about the way my legs are toning up.
Decided to do another long distance walk on September 20.

Cant tell the date on my watch...getting old. It is really sad! I think today is the 6th. Getting frustrated with my lack of progress and need to kick the exercise up a bit. Want to get some more walking in and abs of steel and arm exercises.
My goal for today is a long distance walk.

July 19-3 mile hike-jogged about 25% of it. Did it alone with headphones, it was kinda nice for a change of pace. I usually go in early morning, so mid afternoon was tough because of the heat.

Day 5-85 left
