Thursday October 8th
Treadmill- one mile warmup, then 1.5 miles of HIIT. I got my speed up to 9.5mph today, but after 2 cuicuts of that, I felt like I was hyperventilating. I had to stop and sit down, clasped my hands over my mouth to get my breathing under control. Kinda scary. I won't be doing 9.5 again for a while. I think I hold my breath when I sprint, I need to BREATHE!!

Pull ups on Total Gym -w/out pulleys. 3 sets of 15.
