08/10/2015 I had a good weight lifting session yesterday and this morning I not only weigh less but feel great. I will do some kind of aerobic exercise today before my 1pm dinner. Hope everyone has a productive week.

Cool

08/11/2015 277 lbs I used the drop in weight yesterday as an excuse to eat more than usual. I had BF for the first time in ages, and instead of one big meal at 1pm, I had another at 6pm. Fortunately, I did spend some time yesterday on my recumbent exercise bike, so the damage was minimal. I'll see if I can control my eating better today. Have a productive day!

08/12/2015 277 lbs No change. I did get back to my IFing only eating between 1-6pm. One thing I have noticed is that this past week is the first time in years that I have felt like exercising daily, and enjoyed doing it. However I have noticed that my appetite has increased noticeably, kind of a Catch 22 situation. I'll have to see if this continues.

08/24/2015 274 lbs While I happy to be dropping lbs again after a long stall earlier this month, I have noticed an increase in hunger pains the last couple of days. I'm not sure what is causing this. It could be a sign that another stall is coming or it could be that my metabolism is speeding up and is asking for more calories. We shall see tomorrow.

08/26/2015 275 lbs Not quite a pound gained, the needle on the scale was a little below 275 but closer to 275 than 274. Today I am going to try an all day water fast. I don't know If I will make it through the whole day, but i'm going to give it a try.

08/27/2015 Yesterday I tried to water fast for 24 hrs. I made it to 22 hrs. I fasted to try and spike my Growth Hormone which usually happens when you fast. I then exercised with weights before breaking the fast. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YzJRipnfitg Today is my 69th birthday and my wife wants to take me out for dinner, so I my cheat a little on carbs. Tomorrow marks the 6 month point since I started this WOE, I will try and post a progress photo in the gallery.

08/30/2015 274 lbs I will be doing some serious weight lifting today. I need to try and build some more muscle particularly in the legs to raise my metabolism.

08/31/2015 Nice drop on the scale this AM. I was actually a little below 271 so if I control myself today hopefully I should continue this drop tomorrow. Yesterday I had a large black coffee for breakfast, nothing else as I felt no hunger. I then lifted weights before lunch and had 1 lb of grass fed organic ground beef in two patties with only some low carb catsup. For the rest of the day I only drank lots of water and I felt no hunger at all. I am waiting to see if my hunger comes back today. Hope everyone has a wonderful week.
