I measured and a total of 25 inches gone. My arm size is not dropping but lots of movement on my waist and thighs. Thank goodness!

went to the Y and remembered how much I love it!
45 min rqball
25 min treadmill at 3.4 with 1 incline
5 min level 5 stairmaster
10 min elliptical fat burning level heart rate 168
40 full situps on the ball
small arm workout

30 min treadmill...some running...mostly level 3.4
1.5 hours raquestball
30 min elliptical-cardio level
20 min bike..random level 3
felt great but very sore for the next few days.

Have been moving so getting time for exercise has been a problem, but doing great. Lost a few more pounds.

I love this low carb living!

March 2 Have been doing some sporatic exercise for the last two weeks...also moving which is exercise. Lost a couple more pounds. Did 1 hour raquetball and 60 crunches
