have been very busy with taxes and other fun stuff....back to the old routine soon...losing weight still...will measure in a few days.

10 min elliptical fat burning level heart rate 168
40 full situps on the ball
small arm workout

30 min treadmill...some running...mostly level 3.4
1.5 hours raquestball
30 min elliptical-cardio level
20 min bike..random level 3
felt great but very sore for the next few days.
Have been moving so getting time for exercise has been a problem, but doing great. Lost a few more pounds.
March 2 Have been doing some sporatic exercise for the last two weeks...also moving which is exercise. Lost a couple more pounds. Did 1 hour raquetball and 60 crunches
