Default chille relleno or bust

heidi, hi - i think you are so funny. i love your recipes and harvest obsession. i can relate too much! i just roasted green chilles and poblano's that i grew in my garden.you know the smell a roasted chille puts off, it makes ya want achille relleno. so i peeled and debated should i do it or not? i make the best , bit there is flour.... so what i did instead was sliced the chille open, places sliced cheese on it and broiled it till bubbly. it was yum! i still wanna find a flour sub.
