Sounds like we have a great group of "losers" here! I know that I am certainly looking forward to New Years Eve and finding a nice outfit to wear with my DH (not expensive - just smaller ) and having a fun LC night out - like maybe a Surf & Turf dinner on the Gulf at sunset then a little dancing and romancing (OK - I am a newly wed at 51 so I feel like a youngster in love ) Until next week...........
All my best, Linda

Congratulations LCCamper. I'll be a newlywed at 34 this June

I'm looking foward to going to my work's Christmas party in a nice outfit and not feeling so "bloated." With a almost 20 pound loss...I feel SO much better.

Great job to all the losers! Welcome new comers

We'll support each other through this very, very, hard food eating seasons.

I had a tough weekend and slipped a bit. I'm back on track today and will be hitting the gym at lunch time.

I'm going to wait a week until I weigh again, I'm still keeping my news years goal though.

big_mama -
That's the way to do it - when you slip up get right back on because regardless of how much we lose by New Years the fact that we are making headway to the finish line is what is important.
You set a good example because you didn't quit and you have shown that yes - slip ups happen - but you deal with it and go on!
Have a great week!
Linda

Thank you for the support LCCamper. I do feel better today now that I'm eating well and exercising. I do want to make my new years goal, whether it's by the actual weight or even just a few pounds lighter.

I know I am toning up from the exercise that I'm doing and that feels good.
