I'm 6'0" give or take a half an inch. My goal is in stages...I will settle for anything below 184. I would like to get to 175...and really want to get down to 165.
I was 190 pounds at 5'8" in the Middle School. I managed to get down to 168 pounds at 5'10" by my Freshman year of HS. I was still larger...and not in as good of shape as I'd have liked. Based on the shape I was in at the time (not great, but a hell of alot better than I am now), I would be happy to be the weight I was (adjusted for height: 213 pounds) in Middle School.
I definitely want to get below 184 (my current goal)...175 would be (adjusted for height) about where I was my Freshman year of HS. I thought I was fat and out of shape at that time. But, right now...what I was then looks fine. 165 is where I'd really like to be, though.
