Thanks. I go up and down too. My graph on fitday looks like someone's EKG reading. It's never a smooth downward progression!

Ok sliding in a week late.I have done some soul searching and am going to adjust my big goal for now.I am setting it at 275.I will drop it down later and take it from there.

My mini goal for sept is to get to 305.I am at 315 right now.Just got back from a comp so I am hoping that is a temporary jump in weight.I got all sorts of dehydrated ,probably to the point of heat exhaustion ,while competing on saturday. So some fluid retention is expected.

Smile Good Tuesday morning!!!!!!!!!!

First day back at work, and I feel a lttle shaky, but otherwise ok. My apetite is fluctuating alot. Yesterday wasn't hungry til lunchtime, then ate supper early and was starving by 7pm. My mouth is still readjusting to the Prednisone so t has a funky thing going on, sort of a slimy sweet thing. Sorry to be gross so early in the am. Hope you all have a great day.

Well, I hit a low of 253.8 on Sunday....but have gone up to 256.5 today. I am sure it is water as TOM should be here very soon. I am supposed to go work out this morning but ds is still asleep and then I have a blood donation appt this morning and then a preschool evaluation for ds. So..it is now or never and I am NOT waking this kid up...he needs to sleep. (he has been like the Energizer Bunny the past few days!) So, I may not get my workout in today. At least I went yesterday. =)

Great job to everyone! Hitting the teens and ANY movement down is great! And 7 lbs!!! WOW! =)

Smile Guess what?

OK, last evening I decided to find some tshirts that were ordered from work last year. I usually I get 3x's and then stretch to make em fit right. I am not a tight tshirt person, I like a loose fit. Well the 3x's I originally got were different brands and only a few fit. Someone had ordered 2x's and then left so I ended up paying for them and stowing them in my closet for who knows what. Well awhile back I had to get rid of several 3x's because they were too loose and looked sloppy. Since my weight loss has been rather sharp as of late I needed to get rid of all of them. This really left my closet empty. I remembered the 2x's I had stowed and pulled em down. They fit-without too much stretching just the way I like!!!!!!! I even found some pants that I had packed away cause they were too tight, and now they are too large!!! Having the problem of not having clothes to wear is not new problem for me, hello I've been over 350 for a long time. But not having enough clothes because I have lost weight and gotten rid of fat clothes is!!! Even my bras are on the last snaps, and need to be replaced. I also have some of those in various sizes that are new so great. I can hardly wait till Thursday to weigh again to see how much I have lost!!! Thanks for all your support and feedback, it has made such a difference!!!!

I'm going to join if that's ok. Weight today is 305 and my goal is 280 for September 30th.

My goal is to do wii sport for 30 - 60 minutes per day and walk 5 kilometers per day. I will stick to my menu plan and make sure I get my daily water requirement. Good luck to everyone!
