15 minutes aerobic dancing

15 minutes calisthenics:

100 waist twists
100 stationary steps
25 side bends
25 crunches
15 scissor leg lifts
10 leg lifts
10 reverse leg lifts
10 wall push-ups
10 jumping jacks
10 tricep lifts
10 bicep curls
10 side arm lifts

Day 48

23 minutes stationary bike... WITH my hands on the moving bars the WHOLE time!!!

That was enuff for me.. totally wore me out. My body was all swooshin around trying to hold those handlebars...

Something kinda funny - you know how your thighs and butt will get those lil tinges after walking fast or for long periods? Like your muscles tweaking a lil from use? My arms are doing that! It's the first time I've ever felt that there - maybe I really did a full body workout!
