Are you eating properly? If you need help with your meal plans, post what you're eating. Take measurements now, then you can better see the weight coming off. You do need to start slowly, you don't want to become discouraged.

Good advice. Keep in mind your ultimate goals. Stick with it on good days and bad. A year from now you'll be a different person, if you'll stick with it. In a year you can be 100 pounds lighter, and feel a whole lot better, or you can be just as you are today, or worse. Your future is in your hands. I love this quote: Don't sacrifice what you want most, for what you want now.
