Wow, I just realized I havent worked out in a month.........

I am going to try to do a few........


I had surgery April 8, so I took a break, back to it I go, a little each day, my goal to lose another 15 lbs is July 4

wed, nov 2 =10 minutes today, oh well, better than nothing

start time 11:15 end time: 11:20 p.m. wow, that was difficult 25 minutes to go

11:30-11:35 I must be really out of shape, this is tiring...I can do it

I just have to start earlier tomorrow. 20 minutes to go

Saturday, well, it's actually sunday now...


I pulled a muscle in my back yesterday, lifting a basket of clothes..

so I am glad I have a total gym, I am going to try to do some excercise tonight, not much though...
