workout for _______ minutes on total gym...........day's total My new goal is at least 30 full minutes a day

start time 11:15 end time: 11:20 p.m. wow, that was difficult 25 minutes to go
11:30-11:35 I must be really out of shape, this is tiring...I can do it
I just have to start earlier tomorrow. 20 minutes to go
