I'm still at 218 this morning, but I saw 216 late last week, so it's just a matter of time before it sticks. I like being back on IF during the week--especially not having to buy overpriced chicken caesar salad if I don't bring a lunch.

The weights didn't come out this week, but they're banging at the closet door.

I love the 30 in 2008! I'm hypothyrodic and diabetic so losing is so hard. Just this year I've lost 17lbs and I'm 300 today.
Thank you for starting this. What I've been doing is um ok have you seen: http://officeworkout.msn.com? I've been doing the 30 reps of different exercises while I"m at work and also at home. Just trying to get this body moving. I think its why I dropped my last 7lbs. I've been doing this a month now.

Cool Lessara, sounds great!

I went off lowcarb for a month and regained some weight, so I am back on plan and I still have a good chance of making my 30# in 2008 as well as my other goals. Good thing I didn't stay offplan any longer! I do myself so much damage with that, sheesh!

Congratulations to lessara-you are going to feel so good once you are 299 (tomorrow??).

I've been on vacation the last week, eating OK, not fantastic. I'm not sure what the damage is - maybe 2-3 pounds of bloat. With the holidays coming up, I'm a little wary, but I am pretty sure I can get to goal. First I need to get to 180, then I can work on those last 6 pounds for the year.

Hi Ladies! Glad to see everyone surfacing and doing well. Janine - hope you had a wonderful vacation with the family. Rightnow - I missed you and happy to see you back to posting.

September is almost gone, and 3 months till the end of year to meet my personal goals. Let me not forget, THANKSGIVING and CHRISTMAS is included in remaining months. If I want to survive the eating feastivity, I need to get my butt in gear.

Today weight, 226.8. I lost 5.2 of the foolish 6lb slip up, and have .8 to go. Goal for this week is to complete 2 weeks of clean Atkins induction and cut 3 packet a day splenda habit into half.

OMG, we've got to have a party when that happens! I propose that everyone name one fantastic thing that's happened to them since they started the 30# challenge. Let us know when to break out the champagne!
