So far so good this new year. I started to exercise after a torn achilles tendon. I did 4 minutes on the elliptical....a miracle because 6 weeks ago I couldn't walk. Oh and I was down a pound this morning
I'm in. I've resolved to stick to one plan for one year - and I hope that will mean a decent weight loss as I've got 150ish left to go. I'm putting the scale away for as long as I can stand it after I see under 300 - I'm at 302.6 as of this morning. AF is tapering off, so hopefully I'll see 299 soon.

This is going to be interesting! Looks like we weigh ourselves at different intervals, so each updating will show some more recent and some less recent weights. I weigh once a month, by the way, on or around the first. If I give too much attention to weight or measure, I end up confusing the map with the territory.
