Enjoy your new exercise videos. To answer your question, I have been doing Leslie Sansone (walk away the pounds) DVDs. My elliptical trainer has been broken (they really don't expect fat people to use these things regularly-lol). There is a new one in a box in the garage waiting for DH to assemble it this weekend. I will then probably alternate between the elliptical and the DVDs.
Oh, and let me state for the record here, I promised myself that beginning in February, I would get back to the Bo-Flex at least 2 times per week. Now that I've said it. It would be a lie if I didn't follow through with it, right?
