Doesn't seem so turtlish! I thought I was losing a good amount at 10 a month. You are doing great. I am going to start a velvet and silk winter quilt this winter. I've been collecting scraps for about five years.

Can I play too? I'm needing to do about 3.24 lbs a week, for a total of 16.2 pounds. That would mean I'll be at about 308. I hope my BP medicine doesn't interfere. Anyone here take Atenolol? Are there issues with the beta blockers?

I am having problem with my digital scale...it gives me a whole whack of different numbers. I think I'll change the battery and see how that goes.

Anyway this morning it gave me 5 different readings between 294 and 296.

I'm taking the high end at 296 which means I have lost 1 pound.

I have always messed up at some point during a challenge, but I guess now is as good a time as any to change my future/history... 5% for me is 15 pounds, so 3 pounds per week. I just started Induction yesterday, so this might be doable. I'm in!

Well, I'm starting to do it again...that is, lose weight! Down to 319 yesterday morning, that means 11 pounds in the next month. You guys here are great inspiration, I'm glad I found this forum, it's giving me the motivation I need to stay on track And I know all of us here can do this!!

I'm down another .6 this morning--that makes 1.2 so far for the week. . .we'll see if I can get the remaining 1.1 lb off by Sunday to reach this week's goal. Anyway, 226.4 this morning.
