And you want to admit that you're a chav? Oh dear...

"Chav's" won't mean anything to our friends over the other side, but I think as a matter of respect you should at least try to type properly. You earn more respect yourself that way, and will get a better level of response.

Sadgeek: I wanted to send you a PM, but you're not set up to accept them right now. If you have a moment, would you stop by my journal? Thanks very much --

WOE means "way of eating". Alot of folks like to use terms like this instead of saying "diet" because we are supposed to be changing the way we eat for life.
Also, I don't know much about the other plans, but I really don't see how any low carb plan wouldn't allow you to eat steak.

If you are asking about what you can eat on

Atkins Induction:

Yes you can have beef, steak, fish, venizon, poultry. Any meat so long as it doesn't have a sugary sauce on it (think most barbecue sauces). Drink plenty of water, take a multi vitamin. Eat green leafy vegetables. Limited amounts of dairy.

It is best if you read the Atkins book. Take this course if you can't read the book. Its free and its online. So no excuses.

If you have questions about other low carb plans its best to post the question to their forum. I know about Atkins but I can't answer specifics on South Beach or other plans.

Based on that definition, I'd just call them teenagers.

Perhaps you should move this to the South Beach thread then. This is the Atkins thread.. we can give advice on the Atkins way of eating.

Yeah we really can't help you with the South Beach Diet. All of us here follow Atkins and that's what we are familar with. If you want to do SBD, go to their forum and ask. They will best be able to help you.
