You didn't mention reps/sets so I'm assuming that I did the right amount for what I'm trying to accomplish. If not, give me a holler. Thanks for checking up on me.

I did the squats deep and wide, it was a struggle but I maintained form even though I could only do 4 in a set. This butt ain't got noplace else to go but up! (no pun intended there)

You could do it like this

Squats - 6x4
Lunges - 3x12-15
Deads - 6x4
Leg Curls - 3x10-12

I'd eliminate the leg press. If you're squatting, it's a bit redundant.

looking forward to posting a new butt pic in a few weeks, hope to see a difference!

Just a little story that I thought I'd share. I started a new job a couple weeks ago. I sell makeup/skincare at Macys (love it). Well, we have to wear a shirt provided by the Vendor (I sell Prescriptives products). Cute shirts, black 3/4 sleeve spandex material. Anyway, the counter manager looked me up and down and said " Krista, you take a small right?"

I about died, wanted to kiss her, grins.

(hopefully she wasn't commenting about my lack of boobage, but was commenting on my frame, lmao)

That is SO wonderful! Remember the days of buying XXL? Bet you never thought you'd have to even think about getting a small.. Congratulations girl! No matter how much I loose, I don't think these boobies will ever fit into a small.
