Managed 12 minutes on the stepper.Boy did I sweat big time. Now I need a bath.
Still have to get my push ups and crunches, well my 4 week program workout in. Will do that later in the day.

Got my workout in. It doesn't take very long to do but I can feel it working. Must be working right? After all I've lost 42 pounds. WOO HOO!

I've been bad. I have not done my exercise this week. Well only one day but I should have done all 5 days.

I will get back on track next week.

I did it. I can't believe I did it. I put on my Richard Simmoms Disco Sweat video and did 50 minutes of it. It's a 60 minute video. I didn't do the crunches at the end of it cause I do my crunches on Tue and Thurs.

I feel so great. Boy did I sweat I look like I just washed my hair, it's so wet. I love it!

Didn't get to do my stepper yesterday but I got lost looking for the regristration office to register my son for the 6th grade, so I did alot of walking. Good thing too cause I'm down 2 pounds despite the fact I had chinese for dinner last night.

Did just finish my aerobics for today though. Now I gotta go shower cause we have to run some errands.

Got in 13 minutes on my stepper today. Which I think is good considering today is a rest day for me.
But I love exercising now I just had to get something in.
