2.01 - 381 - Today is cheat day. BF is taking me to Olive Garden for our anniversary!
02.02 - 381 - No gain from the pasta or beer. On to a new week!

02.06 - 376 - Yesterday was supposed to be 380. I'm sick so I'm wondering if that's why a 4 pound difference happened.

I am getting so discouraged I went back to strict induction-nothing, went back to the way I was eating before and noting...no inches lost barely 3 pounds this month...
Any advice???
