It will either be a sirloin steak, cooked sous vide with garlic confit and finished with a quick broil.

Or it'll be Spicy Roasted Chicken thighs with marjoram, garlic and tomatoes. Like this only I didn't braise them this time. I just cooked them in the oven and broiled for a few minutes to crisp up the skin.

Leftover pot roast with turnips, onion, carrots, and green beans in gravy.

Yesterday we had LC breaded chicken with roasted onions and green peppers and topped with goat cheese.

Tomorrow is hamburgers and a parsnip recipe I haven't tried before--parsnips with herbed horseradish butter.

Loaded broccoli is simply steamed broccil with all your favorite tater toppings on it! YUM! ~ we decided to do that tomrorow. Tonight I will have a baked chicken breast smothered in a seasoned mayo until it is nicely browned, then topped with bacon and maybe some sort of a veg on the side.

I'm pan searing a piece of thin chuck steak and making some of my jicama fries: http://buttoni.wordpress.com/2010/04/22/jicama-fries/

Probably a green salad, too.
