Thanks for the advice. It makes sense. That's why I never had a constipation problem first doing Atkins and now a higher fat Paleo. I think eating smaller meals and then taking cod liver oil pills or eating a can of herrings or sardines and teaspoons of coconut oil (just for fun) at times other than meals may help.
