You talking about carb/calorie cycling? I still do this. I like it. I'm basically doing one week on one week off right now, although I've done one day on, one day off and a variety of other cycles.

My mistake Built. This one is the Anabolic Burst Cycling that cycles calories, not carbs. Macros on bulk are 20% protein, 50% carbs, 30% fat. There are no numbers for the cut that I can see although Bill Philips did 40-45% protein, 40-45% carbs, 10-20% fat in the article.

I really couldnt agree more with jagbender, real food is the best however...I do think whey shakes play an important part. I use EFAs, udo's Oil...amino acids and now recently began using creatine after many false starts lol
