That is so awesome! You deserve a huge round of applause. I don't think you'd hear it too well, so just imagine the clacking of the keyboard keys! LOL

I was thinking, 'mice'? What's 'mice'? But then again, what about 'mole' sauce? Thought maybe it could be related to that.

Mince is an interesting word to call ground beef, though. We have mince (more commonly known as mince meat) here in the U.S. which was originally made from ground venison, raisins, and all kinds of things to make an absolutely disgusting filling for pies! Your mince sounds much more appetizing!

Mince in the uk is lamb, bbef, chicken or turkey mince, it's just that it's well...erm...minced!!!! My one was lamb mince and lurve it and have brought loads today as i'm dong a mass cook and freezing!
