I might give it a try but I know once I start I cant stop so it is best to try and not eat it at all!! I dont always give in just recently but I will be strong!! I wanna get as much of by xmas so if I am naughty I wont gain on top of what I already am!

either that try to dark chocolate from green and blacks again sainburys or H&B

I must admit its laziness from me - its not like I have an excuse - although what does annoy me is when you are out shopping and there is never anything around you can snack on (clothes shopping) ! and resisting fries yum is just too hard!

I treied some of that the other day it was mingin, but I suppose that would stop me from eating it.

ha haaa that bad huh? I must admit the milk stuff isn't that nice but I enjoy the dark chocolate

to be honest I dont like any dark chocolate, but my favourite is cadburys carmel, yummy!!
Well I started my diet yesterday proparly and I have lost 6lbs of the 15lbs I regained so lets hope it will be back of before nov the 15th
