You're right, I've binged on meat too- but typically, it's WITH another high carb food (french fries, gravy, mashed potatoes, noodles...) If it's only meat in the meal, I don't think it happens as much.

I just had to weigh in on this one - the repeated idea of solving the emotional issues that led to us being overweight. I hear that all the time - but I really don't think I have any! I think what led to me being overweight is that I really, really like food. And don't like exercising very much. Am I alone in that?

Ha ha---I don't think so! I do strongly believe in the emotional issues thing, but I also think that there are people that just simply are like you, which is awesome, because you've got less to deal with.
