I just noticed that I didn't come over here last Friday and post my cardio workout...which is really no big deal, since its the same all the time. But on January 28, 2005, I did 40 minutes on the elliptical machine.

Today..January 31, 2005...Monday.....Weight lifting.......

Medicine Ball press on Resist Ball: 3 sets..18 lb. ball. 20...15....10...

Seated Ab Crunch: 70 lbs...3 sets...15 reps..

Bi-Angular Lat. Row: 84 lbs...3 sets....15 reps.

Lying down Leg Curls: I added this on myself, while I had to wait on another machine:
50 lbs......2 sets.....10 reps...great for the behind.

Seated Cable Row: 55 lbs....3 sets....15 reps each set.

SEated Pullover: 75 pounds...2 sets....20 reps.

V-Squats: 230 lbs...1 set..10 reps....180 lbs...1 set..15 reps.
Lunges: 2 sets....15 each.

Leg Press: 270 pounds...2 sets....10 reps each set...this was really hard this morning.

As a rule today, I would have had another cardio day, but instead I did my weight lifting. I decided to lower the weights, and actually found out my muscles got exhausted much quicker. I think my form is much better with lower weight.

Medicine Ball Press on resist Ball: 18 pound ball..3 sets...15 reps.

Bi-angular lat Row: 72 lbs...3 sets...15 reps.

Seated cabel row: 45 lbs....3 sets......15 reps.

Seated Pullover....65 lbs...3 sets...15 reps.

V-Squats W/ Lunges: 140 lbs...2 sets....15 reps.
Lunges: 2 sets......15 reps.

Leg Press: 180 lbs....3 sets.....15 reps, this one my legs got exhaused so much quicker than with the heavier weight.

Leg Curl: 40 lbs....3 sets......15 each

Seated ab crunches: 70 lbs. 1 set. 15 reps...2 sets with 75 lbs.....15 reps each set.

Feb. 07, 2005.......Monday......Weight lifting.

Medicine Ball Press on Resist Ball: Ball weight 20 lbs. 3 sets...12 reps...

Bi-Angular Lat. Row: 72 lbs...2 sets...15 reps...1 set...84 lbs...15 reps.

Seated Cable Row: 45 lbs...3 sets....15 reps.

Seated Pullover: 65 lbs...3 sets...20 reps.

V-Squats: 90 lbs....2 sets.....15 reps.
Lunges: 2 sets....15 reps..

Leg Press: 180 lbs...3 sets...15 reps..

Leg Curls: 45 lbs....3 sets...15 reps.

Seated Ab crunches: 80 lbs...3 sets....15 reps.

I went way down on the squats today, the 90 lbs. is what Brian had me doing, and this morning, I felt that was a bit light. I think the next weight lifting day I'll be doing about 140 pounds. Not going to be going over 200 pounds again for awhile, think that put way too much stress on my knees. I did up the weight on the medicine ball, I was really feeling that in my arms this morning.
