Habit: exercise 5 days/week

Day 1: June 12
Day 90: Sept 10

Day 12 (Thurs): unplanned planned rest day

Day 13 (Friday): 1 hr pilates

13 down, 77 to go.

It's been a crazy week and I wasn't able to do my regular exercise on Thursday (walking). If I don't work out the next 3 days in a row, I'll be hitting the reset button. Don't want that to happen!

I did manage a few planks here and there, including one lonely 60 second front plank last night.

After I finish today's exercise, I'll have 2 full weeks under my belt. Don't they say it takes 3 weeks to establish or reset a habit? One more week...

Friday: day 17 hunger VS appetite
day 9 planks

No snacking, not really hungry till about 5:30, ate by 6:15.
Planking: I'd been counting (thousand one, thousand 2, etc) and was actually holding longer than I thought, because I set a 60 second timer yesterday, and my counting got me way behind.

But still a bit sore, so ACTUAL 45 seconds/rest/25 seconds.

My 90 day "no snacking between meals" habit I'm developing.

Day 10: complete
Restarts: 2

Driving home from the lake I saw a new, at least for me new, grocery store at a native casino. I thought they might have some good meat and cheese or something. My "no eating and driving" popped up in my head and I decided that I didn't want to stop, get out of the car, find a place to sit, etc. for a meal.

I leveraged my natural laziness with this new habit ha! I waited till I got home (2 hours) before I had a real meal and went to bed for a few hours.

90 day Squat Challenge

Day 1: 6/5/2016
Day 90: 9/3/2016

Day 20

AM: 10
Mid: 0
PM: 0
Total: 10

Grand total: 487

Not feelin' it yesterday. It was all I could do to get these 10 out. But hey...20 days in. 70 to go. My legs are heavy and they feel FAT! If I was going by looks and feel alone, I would be giving up about now...after all it's not "working" and seems to be making things worse. To top it off, I am gaining weight. I am going to stick it out.

Saturday day 18 of hunger VS appetite
day 10 of planks

Had a few cheese crisps around 5:30 as was getting hungry, and knew I wouldn't be eating till later: Husband working in the yard and he tends to keep going till he drops.

Used time for my planks: 60/rest/20.
