I don't worry about adding them to my diet--even on kimkins, since they are almost nothing but egg!!

This morning I used them as the "bread" for my shrimp salad sandwich. Yummy.

Everyone have a great Monday!!

Don't you just love a fresh new week??

Has anyone tried freezing the rev rolls?
I made 12 Sat., ate 7 already (4 were used up on having 2 grilled cheese "sandwiches"). They are good, but kind of a pain to make. I would like to make about 6 doz. at a time if they freeze okay.
How do you do chocolate ones?
Has anyone tried adding just a little flax, so as to give them a little more grain taste, and a little less eggy?
Anyhow, got lots baked and frozen Sat. so should have been on track -r ight? THen went to fellowship dinner at church on Sunday. Oh my - too much good stuff there!
Thanks for any help on the rolls.

Have not tried to freeze them. But you are right, they are a pain to make.

I have been a bit off plan too, and need to get back on. I start each day great but you know how those evenings are.

Oh and I saw Valerie Bertinelli has joined up with Kirstie Alley for Jenny Craig. I loved Bertinelli when I was a kid and she was on "One Day at a Time."

Now she says she wants to lose 30 pounds, but I think it's more like 50.

If she can lose, so can I.

If the dang Dairy Delight weren't right on the corner I turn to go home every day, I'd sure do better. I've been doing alot of physical yard work, and treating myself to a Heath Blizzard the past few days. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me too. I have to do it better this time--I have lymphadema in an arm (post surgery complication) and it's swelling up. I really need to drink fluids and lose a few pounds!!!

Hi folks,

We're closing and restarting journals and threads close to or longer than 2,000 posts, in order to improve the forum's speed/responsiveness, and restore the search function. And this thread is one of them

The current thread will still be visible and searchable, but will be closed to further new posts. New posts will go to the new "part 2" thread.

Best way to do it is start a new thread with the same name, or add "part 2". Or maybe set the title on monthly basis if you prefer a monthly/weekly/daily thread. Once the new thread is created, let me know, and I'll close this one with a link to the new one.

Thanks for your help and cooperation.

Wa'il
