Ok, first, I made a double batch today too. This is the second time I've made them (well, second and 3rd).

I love these things. So far I'm happy just putting butter and stevia on them. They taste like french toast - only waaay better.

Second, feelskinny - you are crazier than me - and that's going some! lol.

The only problem with the cinnamon rev rolls is that the rest of the family ate them all

What is the break down for the oppsies I know it's 1 carb per oopsie but whats the fat/prot calorie count anyone know?
I just made my first batch and seeing them in the oven I thought i screwed them up but looking at the pictures posted on here I guess they are actually ok. I had one with butter and it was very tasty but I would like to know the counts so I can figure for them.

They have 85 cal... but you can always check the ingredients separately... I can't imagine there is much in any one of them.... I just count the carb and cal.

I had to look up the splenda and cream of tartar on nutritiondata.com, because myPlan doesn't list them -

Anyhow, this is what I get:

3 eggs: 1.2 carbs, 18.9 protein, 14.9 fat, 221 calories
3 oz cream cheese: 2.2 carbs, 6.3 protein, 29.3 fat, 293 calories
1/8 tsp cream of tartar: 0.25 carbs, 0 protein, 0 fat, 1 calorie
1 packet splenda (2 tsp): 0.9 g carbs, 0 protein, 0 fat, 3 calories

Totals:
carbs: 4.55
protein: 29.75
fat: 44.2
calories: 518

So breaking that down, making 6 oopsies per recipe, each oopsie would have:

carbs: 0.76
protein: 4.96
fat: 7.37
calories: 86.3

(slightly more than the accepted 85 calories per oopsie - some of the nutritiondata.com info might be slightly different than what someone else used to calclate the calories)

While I have to admit that I'll never, ever be able to type...the name that you all call rev rolls, because it's just too...cutesy for me, I did make some interesting ones a few weeks ago. Greek yogurt for the base, and some walden farms 'apple butter' that I nuked a few seconds in the microwave. (Normally the WF stuff scares the daylights out of me, but horrified fascination took over when I saw the apple butter on the shelf.) They came out nice and apple-danishy.

Oh, come on now...say after me....
oopsie...
oopsie...
it's not so hard.

I think; don't quote me but there is a variation between the rev-rolls and the oppsies. Perhaps the the cream cheese???

Someone will jump in here.

in the meantime just ...mmmmmmmm....say.......ooopsie......

It's fun~!

This is a quote from cleo on another oopsie thread:---------------

I accidentally tripled the cream cheese. An ounce is like 3 Tbsp.

The recipe I used called for 3 Tbsp. I accidentally added 3 ounces. A way for me to hold my food in my hands was then born.

And all was good. Because I was hungry.

According to the label on the regular philly cream cheese, an ounce is only 2 Tbsp.

Wait a second, it *used* to say that on the philly boxes, back when they were advertising that Philly had half the calories of butter, Tbsp per Tbsp, but it doesn't say that any more, just that 28 g, one ounce, has 100 calories.

Let's see what MyPlan says about it...

MyPlan says that 1 oz is 51 calories, and 1 oz is 99 (close enough to 2 Tbsp per ounce), so apparently someone wasn't measuring their cream cheese by Tbsp very accurately.

Ah - the whipped cream chees is 35 calories per Tbsp. Maybe they were measuring whipped cream cheese? <shrug>
