I am doing well this month - better than I have in the last 3 years.
It started with seeing my BIL at a family get-together and he lost almost 50 lbs and looked like 20 years younger. I asked him what he had been doing and he said he doesn't eat anything past noon - EVERYDAY! Intermittent fasting. I had tried IF before but it was not consistent. Now I do it every day and have a cutoff of 3pm. (starting my meal at 2pm) Usually only eat one meal a day and eat it all within one hour -following the Carbohydrate Addict diet by the Hellers. I'm combining that with Dr. Fung. But I eat what I want. I know that goes against the norm, but it is working for me. IF RULES! If you have any other questions, feel free to visit my journal.
P.S. That being said I would rather be your weight than my weight
