I knew I was retaining fluid...so just for the heck of it I weighed myself last night before bed, I was over 171, had night sweats all night, and up peeing; feel my hormones are playing havoc with me.
This may just be the month I hit 166 and stay there like I did for months on the way up the scale. Stomach seems flatter though, weird. I had heard that when you lose fat, the fat cells fill with water and then finally give up the "space" on your body with a whoosh. I will travel in hope that this is true.
