OOOOOH....you were in a bad mood.

I'd def add #2--very easy and love the music.

PM me your e-mail if you want and I can link some of the You Tubes we've taken and tweeked a bit. Some of them are really fun.

I got 3 sessions of Zumba in this week---I feel normal again.

Hey ok I have watched part of ZIN 31 again and yes 2 is very doable. My body rolls aren't the prettiest so Iwill have to do something a bit different there. Also Oye seemed very doable too. easy choreography there also.

Thanks, gotta go practice now. LOL

I bought Zumba couple months ago and it is still sitting in the box, never even opened it. How sad is that!

Today, I am signed up for my first Zumba class at 24 HR Fitness at 9:15. I have know that I have two left feet and I am a little scared to tell the truth. I just hope that I do not make to much of an A$$ out of myself. I will update once I get back. Who knows I might love it and even dust off my own box.

Rox

No one cares if you have to left feet, or two right feet either.
People just go to have fun with the music.
That's the only requirement. Just have fun.

I made it! Did the entire 1 hour class. Not sure what I was doing most of the time and could not see the instructor as I was in the back, (I will not make that mistake again) but I did not stop moving and I was soaking wet when I got done. This was soooo much fun, the hour just flew by. I am already signed up for her next class on Friday!

I was talking to a gal that had done the Zumba with me and she said that when she first started out her bodybug said that she burned 500 calories in the hour as she was not able to follow the moves, (that would be me as well) and then when she got the moves down she burns 800 per session! Can that be right?

I think that I am sold!

Yes that can be right. I have heard of 800-900 when You are giving it your all! Isn't that awesome to have that much fun and burn that many calories. Keep it up! down side...it is addictive. hehehehe

Yep. that's right.
Consistent Zumba 2-3 times a week was part of the puzzle that had me slip to 135.

It's a butt buster, thigh thinner, waist whittler to say the least.

Glad you had a blast.

Welcome to the cult

I will admit have yet to see major inches lost, but then again I just came off of two rounds of P90X with a slight break in between. I am sure Zumba is why i haven't went back to my Pre P90x body.
