One step at a time, that’s a plan & I like it! I didn’t end up here over night and certainly won’t get fit over night, so I will get moving until I get there…..
Down 2 lbs today eventhough, last night, at Applebees I had 3 onion rings with my ceaser salad; I figured I could afford to have them since I had less than 10 carbs before that meal… Big mistake! I realized it afterwards that I exceeded my limit, oh well, today I will attempt to keep my carb count under 20 and see how that goes!
