Talking Come on and tell me: What is the ONE thing you love about LCing?

Although I know there are many responses to this

Today I must say its the fact that INCHES fall off quicker than POUNDS!

I am wearing my NEW skirt (first time wearing) and its running around my hips Everytime I move! I need to get a belt!

I just bought this 2 weeks ago and it fit perfect...way tooo lose now!

1. Eating buffalo wings without guilt.
2. How quickly the weight falls off. (usually)
3. Never having to be hungry.

Only one? I can think of several -

1. rarely have low blood sugar attacks
2. abs look flatter than b.c. (before children) - must admit Pilates helps too
3. blue cheese dressing!

Definitely, not being hungry all the time is the best part to me. That really has made it so much easier to stick with the plan. Plus, I have never eaten so healthy in my life
