Krstine, I think the body is designed to sleep when it goes vertical - meditation for me in this position is not possible
I'm grateful that since I have lost weight that sleep apnea that had developed on account of it, to the point of need a CPAP machine, has been resolved. I no longer sound like a Sith Lord when I Snooze. ha!
