light lunch- we are going out for "dunch" with friends (like dinner at 4pm).

A trader Joe's frozen latte bar (like a popsicle made of coffee). They have 7 carbs- a split between the lactose from the milk and the added sugar, so these are a great once in awhile treat. Some people don't like them because they aren't super sweet, but that is why I love them. Plus my blood sugar was low. I love it when I have good timing on a low and can have a treat instead of glucose tablets
I'm doing a trial run of 16-8 IF, so I didn't have breakfast other than a BPC.
Today's lunch is partly leftovers from yesterday's brunch:
Small tub of quac with several low-carb chips
Two pieces of brown and serve sausage
Small scrambled egg wrap made with coconut flour tortilla
Several small dill pickles
Water
raw cow cheese- provalone and 1 fresh fig
4 oz grassfed beef with kerygold butter and co
green salad with blue cheese dressing, and bacon piled high, red pepper.

changing my foods to organic and raw and grassfed!!!!
2 butter fried eggs over easy with a side of home made guacamole
(guac: 1 mashed avocado, 1 tbs full fat sour cream, tiny clove of garlic, splash of lime juice, sprinkle of salt - 2 servings, one for me, one for my 10-year-old)
These new "paleo" crackers i found called Jilz
Either spinach and kale dip or baba gnoiush
Couple ounce cheese
Cucumber rounds of carrot sticks
Either cocoa roast almonds or peanut butter
Tons of Crystal light lemonade/iced tea
Snack- either wasabi seaweed crisps or trader Joe's okra crisps
Plan: lower carb for T2 diabete

Lunch yesterday was rib eyes with 1/2 baked potato & salad. Today is chicken & rice casserole (very little rice for me but will have some leftover grilled zucchini with it).
