That lamb stew you describe Eno has many of the same ingredients as
the one i learned in the cookery class i attended.
It was a 'Moroccan' Lamb stew & a seasoning called 'Ras El Hanout' was added. It was very flavorful.
Here we woke up to a thick blanket of snow yesterday;
Love it how it transforms the countryside. No walking but will try to do at least 1/2 hour of some kind of indoor exercise.
Today i made 'devilled' eggs made with some turkey rasher, spring onion,
mayo and bit of mustard. Had it for a CM breakfast w/ green tea.
I'm going to make up a few extra to have on stand by also.
My plan for RM is to make a Meatball/Meatloaf type dish with vegetables for tonight. There will be carbs added to it.
Yesterday i made a spicy parsnip soup which had tomatoes added too;
i ate way too much of it though. Over-carbing these days but
for the next 2 weeks i plan to be much more careful.
I realise my happiness really depends on staying on plan properly.
