Still maintaining, while loosening up on the carb restrictions. For example, I had a Ruben sandwich when in DC on Tuesday, had clam chowder yesterday and ate Chinese food with rice and steamed dumplings with the family on Sunday. Essentially, I am allowing myself 1 carb allowance per day.
As long as the weight stays in this range, I will continue down this path.
(What I am not allowing to happen is snacking on any carb loaded foods during the day)
