CaseyZee, so sorry, I work 2 jobs and have a zillion things happening so I am neglectful in getting back here - just saw this. Glad you enjoyed your burgers!

I have just used sour cream and salsa (sometimes guac) as dressing - I did it that time. Sometimes I make homemade ranch and add salsa to it.

Thanks Mviesprite - I'm going to have this for lunch tomorrow. We're having tacos tonight, sounds like a great way to use leftovers.

CaseyZee - the eggroll in a bowl sounds delish - I will have to look that up when I decide to do Asian...

We've made this a couple times since the original, both times with shrimp, which we liked better. It's in our regular rotation now.

Looking for all clear fluid dinner ideas.... but I'm on mend and might go home from Hospital tomorrow- so I might get Greek yogurt or cottage cheese and jello, instead of just lousy hospital broth.

My autoimmune system is fired!

Robin, I just saw this!! I hope you are much better! So sorry you were in the hospital. It sounds like you are feeling better...

~Teaser - that Rum Ice Cream Sounds really good! Will copy that "recipe"...

Last week I made what is called Yuppie Salad from an Ex's cookbook - it is really good - still have enough ingredients to make 2 more, I think. Spring mix/spinach, pimento, hard salami, cashews, mozzarella, tomato, and I left out the tortellini it calls for. I also throw in cheese crisps. Just topped with vegetable oil, salt and pepper.

I have a top sirloin steak thawed for tonight, and will make a small salad too probably. I can make a butter/bleu sauce to go with it.

Gonwtwindo posted this "pizza" recipe a couple of years ago on the recipe forum. I finally got around to trying it, mostly because I just don't like the fathead dough. I really liked it - I dipped it in Rao's so it was kind of like having pizza nachos.

Robin120 - I do hope you are feeling better. I know I really enjoy seeing your dinner posts.

MMMM that looks so good CaseyZ!!! I am hungry too - it's dinner time.

Robin, me too! Miss hearing from you.

I am having the last Roasted Brussels Sprouts Salad tonight, it's been such a yummy salad most nights last week. It will be hard to top that one!

Last night I steamed some shrimp and broccoli florets, both from frozen, and topped it with grass fed butter and lite salt. It was delicious!

I tried a new recipe - it was Muenster in Paprika Oil...really an appetizer and I was skeptical that it would turn out. They say to toss Muenster chunks in a hot pan to soften and brown, then dip them in olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper. They started melting almost instantly - there was no tossing, really but they were good to eat anyway. I will probably have a little yogurt with some SF strawberry jam mixed in and call it a night.

I've got a big panful of seasoned chicken wings baking in the oven right now. I'm going to have them with salad for dinner.
