Started back April 20th, slowly lowering carbs, cutting out a lot to start with and then gradually getting rid of the veggies that are not low carb...and now I am a happy, energetic, craving free woman. Loss of two lbs in 12 days, so slow going, that being said, I feel right in the swing of things. Having no problem with things being in the house that others can eat but I do not feel well after I do, and not even wanting them feels great. Onward and downward in May!
